Planting Cool Season Vegetables In Utah

It's time!  If you haven't done so already, it's time to plant your cool season crops.  You local garden centers are stocked with seedlings:  lettuce, broccoli, kale, cabbage, cauliflower, brussels sprouts and more!  And, YES! - brussels sprouts can be grown in Utah.  Avoid the temptation to plant tomatoes and other warm season crops.  Wait until after Mother's Day.

    1. I'm not sure - I have not tried growing cauliflower. If you grow some this year, let me know how it turns out!
